We are blessed to serve our community a dinner and food pantry the 2nd Saturday of every month (except January:February) from 4-5 pm in the dining hall located downstairs from the Sanctuary. We also share a short biblical message. We hand out Bibles if needed along with a few verses to get them started. We encourage them to read the New Testament first, then read the Old Testament. Some have visited our Sunday service and have joined where they hear a full sermon. Guests come to our dinners to eat and fellowship and not to hear a full sermon, so we keep the message brief and to the point.

The message we bring is simple, God is good and He is good to His creation, despite what people hear to the contrary. Many people get their knowledge of Jesus from the government, news media and Hollywood. The Bible is the only true source that describes Jesus and many people are ignorant of this fact. We don’t desire those who come to our dinners to leave ignorant. God is not the author of confusion, man is.

With God’s grace, we show the Jesus of the Bible to our community. We pray for those who need prayer, we hear their stories, we tell them of the love of God through His Son Jesus Christ. Life is short, and eternity is forever, thank you Lord Jesus our soon coming King! Amen!

John 3:16-17

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
