Our Mission and Vision

Vision Statement

To see salvation, health and support brought to families and the community by sharing the truth of Jesus as real people through real relationships fostering life–changing growth.

Our Mission is focused on four values established by the New Testament Church.

We believe that life-change happens through a relationship with God. Walking alongside others in a loving community is an important part of that life-change.

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. – Matthew 22:37-39

People are welcome to belong in our community even before they believe.
Jesus said that his followers would be known by their love for one another.
So, our first priority is to be a loving, Christ-Centered community.

We believe that the Bible is the true Word of God, and Jesus is the Word of God in human form.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – John 14:6

Give me life according to your Word! – Psalm 119:25b

Truth does not change, but is has the power to change us. We’re committed to proclaiming the unchanging message of God’s love to the ever-changing world around us.

We believe that spiritual growth affects every aspect of life. God is ready to meet us where we are and put us on a path to new life. God creates every person for great things.

“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”- John 10:10b

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. – Colossians 1:9-10

We believe the best way to express God’s love is to serve others.

You will honor God through this genuine act of service because of your commitment to spread the Good News of Christ and because of your generosity in sharing with them and everyone else. – 2 Cor. 9:13

You are never more like Jesus than when you serve. Everyone has unique gifts and a place of purpose. Our desire is to help every person find a place to use his or her gifting to spread God’s love.
